The “Why” behind पर्यावरण Protectors

As children who have grown up with the terms, “global warming” and “human extinction” as part of their day-to-day vocabulary, we consider it our duty to shun the usage of such terms. The trope of “children are the future of a nation” has been popularised by media outlets, politicians, etc., but have we ever stopped to think about what we are actually doing to ensure a bright and better future for not only ourselves but also the future generation.

So, as privileged members of society, who are well aware of the harm being done to the environment, we have launched an initiative called पर्यावरण Protectors to spread awareness amongst the youth and the underprivileged about the conservation of the environment and how children at a micro-level can change their activities, keeping the environment in mind as well.
